PSB Law LLP was established in 2010 to offer a bespoke service to our clients. Our aim is to offer first-class advice and representation, along with pragmatic solutions and commercial legal remedies. We achieve this by respecting and working alongside any client’s existing team of advisers (communication professionals, PR advisers, accountants and even other lawyers) to get the best result.
The partners, Eddie Parladorio, Simon Smith, Hanna Basha and Magnus Boyd (who all previously worked together at Schillings) have all been involved in numerous high-profile and ground breaking reputation management, media litigation, sports and entertainment law disputes over many years. The firm has a particular and specialist focus in:
•resolving media and commercial disputes;
•stopping stories before publication;
•securing damages and apologies for false and defamatory statements;
•stopping the publication or republication of private information;
•seeking damages for breach of contract and other wrongdoing; and
•protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights (including copyright and trade marks).
These core strengths are complimented through in-house expertise and a network of professionals so that we can offer a full legal service to our clients. As well as expert handling of all aspects of litigation (media and commercial), we are able to assist clients to:
•set up and negotiate contracts;
•buy or sell companies or businesses;
•handle property transactions (commercial or residential); and
•deal with employment disputes.
Our clients range from individuals and start-up businesses to international companies and high profile personalities. We are also able, in appropriate cases, to offer alternative funding, whether by conditional fee or fixed fee (although we do not do any legal aid work).
We operate a 24/7 service and we are available out of office hours to deal with commercial or media injunctions, other legal emergencies and threats to publish or broadcast stories.
