Eddie Parladorio



Eddie joined Schillings in 1995 and was made a partner in the following year.  In 2003, he left and set up his own law firm before merging that with sports law firm Max Bitel Greene in 2005.  In 2007 he became a partner and head of litigation at Statham Gill Davies.  In 2009, Eddie joined forces with a previous colleague of his, Mel Goldberg, at MGP Law (where he worked as a consultant) before setting up PSB Law LLP where he is now partners with Simon Smith, Hanna Basha and Magnus Boyd.

Eddie’s main areas of expertise are contractual and commercial litigation, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights (trade marks, domain names, copyrights), protecting reputations (individual and corporate) and the protection of privacy.

Eddie is a Registered Lawyer with the Football Association and has considerable experience advising professional football players, football managers and agents on contractual and media matters.  Eddie’s clients range from entrepreneurs with start-up businesses, to internationally renowned companies. He acts for sports persons, sporting companies, actors, television presenters, musicians, fashion designers, supermodels, politicians, other lawyers, doctors and beauty industry companies, amongst others.

Eddie was recently referred to in The Independent newspaper as one of “the libel specialists” and also featured in “See You in Court”, a BBC 1 programme (2011) about the workings of libel and privacy law.
